RECEIVING AND SENDING VIDEOS
Please send your material via courier services; we advise against using regular mail. The return of your material, as well as the digital media, will be handled by our courier service. If your order exceeds 300 euros, collection and delivery costs will be free of charge for you.
Before processing your order, we will send you a preview via email. If you are not satisfied with the work done, we will return the originals via courier at no additional cost. Our services are 100% guaranteed.
PRICING

We do not charge for additional services such as removing labels, handling negative strips with fewer than 6 or 4 frames, or recording media. You can send the material in the same filing system you have, whether it’s a negative album or the envelopes provided when they were developed.
